The International Association of Aviation Personnel Schools (IAAPS) is a global association of aviation training organisations dedicated to advancing excellence, professionalism, and safety in aviation training. IAAPS brings together flight schools, training providers, operators, and other aviation education organisations to promote high training standards, share best practices, and represent the interests of the training community in dialogue with regulators, industry partners, and international stakeholders. Through collaboration and a shared commitment to quality, IAAPS helps shape the future of aviation training and the development of competent aviation professionals worldwide.

For whom is IAAPS?
training organisations
Flight schools, Approved Training Organisations (ATOs), Declared Training Organisations (DTOs), Organisations operating FSTDs, that train pilots and other professional aviation personnel.
Operators
Commercial air transport operators, and other operators that want to establish links with the training industry, conduct their own initial/recurrent training or even have their own training organisation.
Other stakeholders
Other industry stakeholders such as training materials and courseware providers, service providers and manufacturers.
